FAQ

Shipping:

Orders placed Monday through Friday (including holidays) are shipped the next business day.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).  Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.  Currently, we only offer shipping in the United States.

We ship FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.

Store Pick Up:

We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when your order is ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Sale items and bathing suits are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Domestic Returns:

If you wish to return or exchange items from your online order, please complete the Returns Form and include it with your return shipment. We include a FedEx Ground return label to make the returns process easier. When using this label, a fee of $8.00 is required and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Fill out Returns Form and include it with your return shipment
  • Attach the return label to the outside of the package
  • Drop off your package at the nearest FedEx location with Ground Shipping Drop Off
  • You can track your return on fedex.com using the tracking number on the return label

Please note: You may also send returns back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

Sale Items:

Clearance items are final sale and not returnable.
